I have worked for the cardiology department for 22 years. I started as a health unit coordinator and am now an administrative assistant in the Heart and Vascular Center.
Areas of interest in women’s heart health
I am personally interested in hypertension (high blood pressure) and diabetes.
Why shared medical appointments?
I am hoping that this new model will attract more African American women and make them more aware of their health.
On the move
I enjoy traveling, gardening and just taking in fresh air.
