Citrus Roasted Chicken

+ Ingredients

2 bone-in, skin on chicken breasts

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 orange, sliced

zest of one lemon

salt/pepper

1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil

1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped

+ Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Mix garlic, oranges, lemon zest, olive oil, rosemary, salt and pepper in a baking dish.

Evenly cover chicken with above mixture and let stand 15-20 minutes.

Roast chicken for 30-40 minutes or until temperature reaches 160 degrees.

Let stand to cool slightly then carefully remove meat from bones and divide among plates.
