Citrus and Cranberry Salad with Mint

+ Ingredients

4 ruby red grapefruits

6 navel oranges

1/2 cup unsweetened, dried cranberries

1/8 cup sugar

10 fresh mint leaves

+ Directions
  • Peel and segment grapefruit and oranges into a large bowl. Let as much juice as possible accumulate in the bowl as well.
  • Stir in sugar and cranberries and let sit about 30 minutes until sugar dissolves.
  • Sprinkle and gently fold in fresh mint just before serving.
